Festival After Dark

After a day full of workshops and shows, Festival offers a variety of activities after dark. Thespians can attend on-campus, chaperoned dances, participate in karaoke, or learn the finer points of improv in special evening sessions taught by professional actors.

Marcy Heisler & Zina Goldrich

Marcy and Zina have been collaborating together since 1993 and are the first women ever honored with the Fred Ebb Award for musical theatre songwriting. Works include Dear Edwina, Junie B. Jones, and, coming soon, Ever After and Junie B's Essential Survival Guide to School.

Late night dance themes

Dressing according to the themes is optional

Tuesday - Once in a Lifetime - Bring your classiest gowns and suits to celebrate this unique experience known as the International Thespian Festival.
Thursday - Thespians Go Lincoln - Dress up and celebrate Thespians by wearing blue and gold.
Friday - Tech Black Out - Be stylish and tasteful, wearing all black.
Saturday - Red Roses - Be elegant. Celebrate Broadway Cares by wearing all red.
