ITF 2020 Volunteer header

As an adult, there are many ways to enhance your ITF experience by volunteering for one of the special programs listed below. Simply indicate your volunteer interests when you register.

Thespys (formerly NIEs)
Troupe directors and chaperones are invited to serve as judges for the International Thespian Excellence Awards program. Volunteer judges must complete online training to be considered.

Floor captains and door captains are needed in each residence hall. Floor captains ensure students are in their rooms at curfew. Door captains are posted at residence hall entrances at curfew. If selected to work security, you will receive a 50% refund on your ITF registration fee.

Accompanists are needed for various musical theatre and voice workshops, Monday through Saturday. Accompanists must be able to sight-read sheet music.

Adults are needed to help with main stage production load-ins and strikes in the IU Auditorium and Musical Arts Center, ensuring students are working safely and keeping audience areas and green rooms tidy. Volunteers are also needed for the load-ins and strikes of Freestyle and Chapter Select performances in Halls Theatre. Volunteers may select when they can work.

Office Help
Adults are needed on Monday, the primary check-in day, and at various other times during the week to help with ticket distribution and to answer questions.
