The Educational Theatre Association’s Annual Leadership Summit brings together the organization’s leaders—members of the Board of Directors, student leaders, key staff members, leadership mentors, and chapter directors—for a three-day session of networking, planning, briefings, and workshops focused on organizational best practices. Typical Summit workshop topics from past years include business practices for running a chapter, finance and budget planning, and new chapter director training.
Chapters are responsible for travel and lodging arrangements for chapter directors and chapter board members (as space allows.)
