Rachael Hudak is the National Coordinator of the Dead Man Walking School Theatre Project and Special Projects Manager for Sister Helen Prejean.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Rachael is a theatre enthusiast, educator, activist, and writer. She has worked for a number of creative arts nonprofits in Michigan and Illinois including the Prison Creative Arts Project, Catharsis Productions, and the Neighborhood Writing Alliance. Rachael is a poet and storyteller and has performed with the Goodman Theatre, 2nd Story, and the Side Project Theatre.

Rachael is also a yoga teacher and volunteers in Cook County Jail through the Chicago-based nonprofit Yoga for Recovery.
