Liz Rollins, artist
Liz pursued singing, education and theater at McGill University School of Music, Montréal and a master’s in conducting at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston. She is a two-time recipient of the Moss Hart Memorial Award for Excellence in Theater from the New England Theater Conference for student Shakespeare productions and has been honored by L/A Arts for her contributions to youth theater. As a director, actress, costumer, choreographer and playwright, Liz has directed and designed over seventy high school, middle school and community theater performances. She has taught theater and music in schools for eighteen years, but her passions extend beyond the stage to include snowboarding, sailing, writing, baking and swing dancing. Liz lives on an island off the coast of Maine with her husband and two young boys.
