Does anyone have recommendations for interactive theatre much like Tony and Tina's Wedding or Awesome 80's Prom? I'm thinking about branching out a doing a dinner theatre like performance, but only if I can find a show that is decent and clean. I'm at the buckle of the Bible Belt.

    Good morning,

We had a local community theatre do wedding and it didn’t go very well from an attendance standpoint. You may want to do a murder mystery/whodunnit show. There are many scrips around with some great content. A local high school did CLUE and had great success with the audience deciding the fate of the show.

You might want to check out Fanny and Manny Tie the Knot by Kathleen McBlair. It's similar the Tina and Tony, but it's Southern and pretty clean. It's been successfully used as a fundraiser.

I recently saw an interactive Oz that the narrators were the main characters & the audience was used to pick the other characters in different scenes. Will definitely use it if I ever do a summer theatre camp.
