As many of you are aware, we recently converted our membership database system to better serve you. As with any conversion of this magnitude, there are bound to be issues, both expected and unexpected. We understand the frustrations the new system has caused some of you and we appreciate the feedback many of you have provided us, especially when you've encountered errors, so that we can address these issues with our developers in an effort to get the system closer to our desired finished state.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused in your already busy and challenging days as theatre educators.
Our priority was to get your Personal Snapshot pages live so that you could update your profile, add eligible students to your troupe's roster, induct eligible students, and allow for new troupes to be chartered. While those processes didn't all work as planned when we sent out the password reset email on Tuesday, we are confident those issues have now been resolved so that you can conduct these transactions.
