    Anyone else deadlocked trying to update their profile? All I wanted to do was update my phone number - and now I'm locked because it is demanding ethnic information - but won't accept any answer.

    I didn't need to update my profile, but I would like to induct new thespians and can't figure out how to do that.

    The new system is horrible as far as I can tell...totally lacking in any kind of usability.

    Trying to access membership data for our chapter. I updated my password/profile as directed (I think - It was a little confusing). When I go to Manage A Chapter>Leadership Toolbox>Data Center I am getting the same out of service Dec 1 through Dec 11 message.
