I am looking to repeat a show I have already done, 10 plus years ago, and I am wondering if anyone has ever done Little Shop with a very small to no set. The last time I did the show my set was huge. Anyone?

I didn't see it, but I heard of a successful, creative production of it done on a nearly bare stage using increasingly larger pile of cardboard boxes to represent Audrey.

It's kind of hard to tell from this photo, but we did the show with a center unit and two wing units on a permanent set with small units for the dentist chair, final audrey, etc.  More photos from the production are on page 17 from the flickr feed for Troupe 4305

    Hope that helps

We are doing it this year with minimal set. Our plan is a unit set on the stage of walls and doors for the shop. Then a brick wall to the side for the Ronettes.

On the floor we are doing the dentist scene on a platform.

    Candice,

How big is your space? We did the show with a turntable and it worked amazingly.
