EdTA troupe directors are closing the curtain on an incredibly challenging school year. As you pack up your props and clean up your dressing rooms, here’s your ITS end-of-year checklist: A summary of reminders and useful information about your troupe business to help you close out this year and prepare for the next.
☑ Take care of outstanding balances.
Have all your inductions and dues for 2020-21 been paid? Log in then choose My Orders on the left to check your account, and be sure to resolve any unpaid balances. Contact email@example.com or (513) 421-3900 ext. 1 with questions.
☑ Process troupe director changes.
If you know you’re changing schools or passing the baton to another teacher, make the necessary updates now in your online account (log in and choose Change of Troupe director on the left).
Retiring? You’re eligible for a free one-year emeritus membership. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to claim yours.
☑ Plan or pay for 2021-22 troupe dues.
Great news! Troupe dues will remain the same next year at $129.
Did you know you can now pay next year’s dues before school closes for the summer? This often-requested feature is available in the new online membership system. Invoices are in your account to pay at your convenience.
You’ll receive an invoice by email August 1 if you haven’t paid yet. Remember: Your renewal dues are due no later than October 15 to avoid late fees and other penalties.
☑ Save the Date for EdTA National Conference.
Join us September 24-26 to renew, rebuild, and reimagine. This year’s conference is virtual and the programming is dedicated to helping you rebuild your program post-pandemic (including some vital self-care for you!). The cost is just $99 for members, a savings of almost $500 over regular in-person prices. Registration is now open.
☑ Enjoy your summer.
No matter how you’ll spend the next few months, we hope it includes some rest and relaxation. You’ve earned it!
