fter you’ve talked with your guidance counselor, family, and friends, you probably have a wish list of what you want in a college. Before you start your search, take time to prioritize the items on that list. What’s most important to you? An urban campus? Small class sizes? Lots of opportunities to perform? Or is it most important that you stay close to home or within a certain price range? Know what you need and what you can live without.
Then use EdTA’s College Theatre Directory
to filter your searches by all of those variables and more among hundreds of theatre schools in our database. If you see something you like, you can check if they’re affiliated with the Acceptd
college application network. If so, you can directly audition and apply as soon as you’re ready.
Also have a look at some of the other resources
with information about schools and theatre programs. And don’t forget to get advice from students
who have been through the process.
